I don't it's planned to have votekick enabled by default. That being said, the best approach would probably be to have an endorsed server utilities mod that contains that feature that would be recommended for all (larger) servers. |

Can you make it so players can vote to boot a cheating player out of the game? Or is that only possible on a per-server basis?
