As the offical PoE modul is pretty expensive, I tried a cheap (~12€) 12V 2A PoE splitter from amazon (make sure to get one with the matching 5.5x2.5mm plug).
Works without any issues for several months now, even under full load.
Perfect if you need a node somewhere with LAN but without power (in my case, under the roof, where I get the best coverage for zigbee/z-wave/bt)
