I recently noticed some audios were incomplete without any error showing in the console or the UI.
For example this spoken Wikipedia file is incomplete (at version 1 scroll down to "File history") and usually these audios are incomplete. One has to listen to the last part every time to check whether it's actually complete or not and reclick the Translate button for several more tries until it's complete. After some tries, it's complete. Probably that's some issue with a service that is used so I guess one would have to better catch errors there and then display them in the UI or retry / adjust so it always only completes full files. Had the same issue here and here. This probably also affects videos.
Sometimes there is the notification "Connection errored out" but no error in the console and most of the time no such or any other notification (could be there's another one too) is displayed – instead an output file is displayed with no indication that it's incomplete.
