Integrate the Authoriser with the management portal in the first instance to -

Validate the project Ids and subject Ids (If they exist in the Management Portal)
Later we can use the same Mp client (and exposed end point of the backend) to create a drop down in the UI to select the project Id and subject Id.

In the second instance, we can

Add auth from the management portal so the UI only shows the projects and subjects of which a user has authorization for.
Integrate source registration to management portal and link back to the authorizer.
