some resources can't access in download.pl

There are some files can't download via openwrt downaload page, so that the build process is fail.
Please fix them and up to date.

linux-3.18.45.tar.xz -> can't download
we can change to -> wget https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v3.0/linux-3.18.45.tar.xz -O dl/linux-3.18.45.tar.xz

nghttp2-1.9.2.tar.gz ->can't download
wget https://github.com/nghttp2/nghttp2/releases/download/v1.9.2/nghttp2-1.9.2.tar.gz

curl-7.47.1.tar.gz ->can't download
wget --no-check-certificate https://curl.haxx.se/download/curl-7.47.1.tar.gz

Thanks for your porting out. We will fix these problems as soon as possible. So you can download these files in advance to the dl/ directory before you compile them.

Yes, I have a workaround which you are saying. That's why I provide the working links in this comment, in case anyone who is facing the same issue before you fix this problem.

I see the link is updated but please update the checksum as well, otherwise the check will be failed
