A collection of multiple MSP files should be merged into a single MSP file.

@martenson Since the MSP are text files, isn't this eventually already possible via text concatenation or so? If so, would it be easer to just implement a small Galaxy workflow for that? Is it also possible to add a new/blank line between entries?
