Mega Boot loop?? Time:(unknown day)

I flashed the mega code to one Arduino Mega and it was working, but that board had issues and stopped power up at all.

I just received a new Mega and when I flashed the code and monitor the serial output, its seems to be stuck in a boot loop:

Any help on getting past this?

Hmm... Turns out it was the compass - I disconnected it and it boots.. Ill look at that soon
