Dont open after channel management

after opening channel in local with another wallet. Irirs stop after telling he can't find the other node ( it is true as the other node is down)

Please attach the node's data directory, in it there are several log files and other data that may be useful to debug the issue.

the dataldktestnet is too big i'm afraid ( 66 mo zip ) mostly logs
