Incomplete list:

  • Change amounts back to 64-bit based numbers
  • Ensure bulletproofs <-> borromean signature rangeproofs convertability

This is required for compatibility with Liquid confidential assets,
which are using 64-bit amounts.

256-bit amounts were introduced into RGB-1 as an attempt to avoid
use of sized rangeproofs for confidential amounts; however after
conversation with Peter Wuille it became apparent that 256-bit
amounts will still require range proofs; however the change of
64->256 bit standard never happened back. This commit solves
this issue.
