Support for cooperative groups

When can we expect support for cooperative groups?

I see a little bit of code in the repo here, but the latest documentation says nothing is supported:

Cooperative groups would give more fine grained control on synchronization and would improve data locality for algorithms, extending the possibilities for performance improvements.
