I am getting the bug that was fixed in this PR:

I am trying to download a package or use a docker image that includes a rocm/tensorflow that has the bugfix, but I don't know which one to use.

Standalone code to reproduce the issue

You could do this to build it:

./build_rocm_python3

or for the develop-upstream branch:

git clone https://github.com/ROCm/tensorflow-upstream.git --depth 1
./build_rocm_python3

you'll need bazel 6.1.1 though, https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/releases/tag/6.1.1
