Screen flickering / jittering on Iron Man when async texture streaming is enabled

Quick summary

Screen flickers when the intro movies aare playing and when on the title menu. Disabling async texture streaming fixes the issue.

I want to add that I have had my standard settings of RPCS3 for over a year and last time I tested, this issue was not present. Had to trial and error specific settings until I found out that async texture streaming was the issue. So I guess this issue was introduced on an update in the past few months?
