MSAA resolve issue on Steam Deck with RADV driver #16762

Quick summary

User western134 on discord reported an issue with MSAA on Steam Deck with the game Folklore. Search for regressed build pointed to #6055 where MSAA was first implemented, and disabling MSAA fixes the visuals in game.

Screenshots are from the female character prologue when you start a new game, but there's a lot of sprites everywhere in this game.

We also tried to force hw msaa resolve, and it didn't change anything.
There are no warnings in the log, so I assume it's a RADV issue, maybe recent driver regression.

I tried to test myself on zen5 igpu, but radv segfaults on fedora 41, and llvmpipe/nvidia drivers work fine.
