[Bug]: Templates on a map do not immediately reflect changes to map scale done via [Map -> Adjust Grid... -> Grid Size]

Describe the Bug

All templates on a map do not immediately reflect changes to map scale done via [Map -> Adjust Grid... -> Grid Size] and an additional action is required to get them to display correctly.

Note that this issue does not appear to happen if changing the map scale via [Map -> Edit map... -> Pixels per Cell].

To Reproduce

Create a new map and add all 8 template types from the Template Tools.
Toolbar -> Map-> Adjust Grid… -> change Grid Size to 50 -> [Enter]
All templates on the map do not adapt to match the new map scale (and appear to have doubled in size). Templates in the draw explorer preview however do change size *

One can force the correction of the template sizes * to the map scale by either:

1. Open Map -> Edit Map... and without changing anything, click OK or Cancel or dialog's top right X.
2. Drawing something on the map either with Template tools or Drawing tools.
3. Adding a new map and reselect the resized map

*well except of course for the Burst and Blast templates issue as described in #4524

Expected Behaviour

Templates should change size when the Grid Size is changed (irrespective of how it is changed) and should not require further action to get them displayed correctly on the map.
