Describe the Problem

Ever since the macro editor started automatically inserting closing quotes I am constantly having to go through and remove them.
It wouldn't be so bad in a non-code space, but an extraneous quote breaks macro code.
It's really bl**dy annoying.

The Solution you'd like

Turn it off again

This has come back in 1.14.3 ... grrr
