Describe the problem

The "Copy Labels to PR" job consistently fails for PRs coming from forks. This unfortunately marks the PR with a scary red X, making it difficult to tell which PRs are actually ready for review.

The improvement you'd like to see

This job should be fixed! Assuming it's possible ...

Expected Benefits

Better clarity for PR status.
