Describe the bug
The current code base does not have a LICENSE file to define its license.

Expected behavior
Provide explicit license to the project.

Additional context
We want to use the plugin in our company but our legal department said the plugin does not have a license. Any open source license such as GPL v3 or MIT or Apache would work if it is applied.
