How to enable all bridges (using new method)?

I updated my RSS-Bridge docker instance today and noticed that my bridges are giving an error...

I see from the documentation that the new method is to set enabled_bridges[] = * in config.ini and so I updated the docker-compose.yml as per that documentation to include: - ./config:/config under volumes: however there is no config.ini in ./config.

Did I miss a step to get all bridges working?

you forgot the .php the file should be config.ini.php if this is not there, you should have a config.default.ini.php. Copy this to config.ini.php and make your changes under the [system] section

Thanks for the reply, and pointing out my typo..

I don't see any files with the mounted volume /config from docker-compose.yml (or in the OS, in /config) but I do see them in ./app/config/...

If I add /app as a volume to mount (in docker-compose.yml) rather than /config, then there's an error and rss-bridge won't load.

I will take another look again when I get back though.

I am no developer and no docker pro, sorry. I am using docker with "docker compose" and a docker-compose.yml file.

In the folder where your docker-compose.yml resist, there should be a subfolder 'config' with your config-files. If not, try to copy this file from the repo to that folder and then copy this to config.ini.php where you can change the content

Hello, I'm having the same issue but I can't seem to find the right solution. I have the the /config folder mounted but like OP the folder is empty, and when I add both config.default.ini.php and config.ini.php to the folder (customized or not) the app stop working

the /config/ is supposed to exists inside the container. the dockerfile traverses it in the init script.

Caprover have this "One-Click Apps", it uses this file to configure it. (You can choose a different version than the one in this file, i'm using the latest")

btw sorry for the trouble, its probably a simple fix but I'm no docker expert and it's probably a configuration problem in the Caprover side

            - $$cap_appname-config:/config

$$cap_appname-config must contain the location of of the config folder in the app so it's probably ./config like i wrote. or simply just config assuming they set up cwd correctly.

I've solved this issue. I had to go to /var/lib/docker/volumes/captain--rssbridge-config/_data (change captain--rssbridge-config to your container name) and add the whitelist.txt file with "*" in it.(source) For some reason I thought I did that but I think what I did was add the file to the folder before _data, and this made the app not work.

I'm very sorry for all the trouble. Hope this will help another docker noob like me solve their issue.
