Describe the bug
The dev.to tag bridge is unable to create feeds, instead showing error messages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to an instance hosting the dev.to bridge. (I tried both https://rss-bridge.snopyta.org, https://rss.nixnet.xyz, and https://rssbridge.fossdaily.xyz/.)
  2. Scroll down to the dev.to bridge options.
  3. Enter a tag, such as 'productivity'.
  4. Press the button for the Atom feed (or any other button).

Expected behavior
A feed, i.e. in Atom format, containing articles with the specified tag, i.e. 'productivity', as seen at https://dev.to/t/productivity.

Actual behavior
The bridge returns this error message (from the Snopyta instance):

Bridge returned error 500! (18311)
dev.to Bridge was unable to receive or process the remote website's content!
Error message: `Could not find articles!`
Query string: `action=display&bridge=DevTo&context=By+tag&tag=productivity&format=Atom`
Version: `2019-12-01`
