Describe the bug
Facebook bridge feed doesn't validate. And as result doesn't work well in FreshRSS/FreshRSS#3281.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fapps.sophy.life%2Frss-bridge%2F%3Faction%3Ddisplay%26bridge%3DFacebook%26context%3DGroup%26g%3D135687967131230%26limit%3D-1%26format%3DMrss
  2. See error

Expected behavior
Target is https://github.com/FreshRSS seamlessly process the feed. FreshRSS/FreshRSS#3281 tells that for it the feed should comply https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi or https://www.simplepie.org/demo/.

As is started to return only rss-bridge error, it is. When the bridge worked it behaved abnormally.
