Searching by Puerto Rico ZIPs and a mile radius returns an internal server error #1470

If I search for a school in Puerto Rico by ZIP without specifying a mile radius, I see the results I'd expect (for example, a school in San Juan: https://collegescorecard.ed.gov/search/?zip=00926&sort=advantage:desc).

If I search using the same ZIP but add a mile radius, I get an internal server error (same San Juan school: https://collegescorecard.ed.gov/search/?zip=00926&distance=10&sort=advantage:desc)
