Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Minio server allows you to configure webhooks for triggering an action whenever operations are performed. As indicated by perfectmak in #48 (comment) there is a desire for this kind of functionality within s3x. As s3x is technically a gateway, and not a rewrite of the minio server functionality, this not possible.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm not necessarily sure if this is something we should do in our codebase, however it is certainly worth discussion, as there are valid use cases for this kind of functionality.
