add optional demography_func DinfModel field

This should be a function that returns a demes graph. If present, it can be used to

• plot the demography in the report
• output the posterior sample of demographic models as a multidoc yaml

Might need to inspect the signature to detect which Parameters are relevant to the demography. Or have the user specify the names of demographic parameters explicitly?
