We've got a situation where people are adding tags but Autonomous world, vs Autonomous world.

It would be great it we could make all tags CAPS so that it doesn't matter if you're upper case or lower case and its all consistent.

Could we also suggest tags that exist when people start typing in the field of submission

E.g they type 'A' it shows them Ai, Autonomous worlds as a dropdown
