Add toggle to switch off 'patronage'

Add a checkbox here for if projects want to turn on 'collect' and if not, make this section 'disabled' using 'grey'

If a project doesn't turn this on, theres no way to collect the project as an NFT on the project page, you can only 'believe' in it.

It means the patronage and NFT editions becomes a specific crowdfund mechanic
