When you are utilizing folders within the Server Manager’s Loadset and Transcript Manager, any loadset selection will not be the loadset acted upon (with the Verify, Update, Merge, or Delete commands) if any of the folders above said selected item are closed.
You must have all folders open for the appropriate selection be acted upon.

Configuration:
Mac G4, running Mac OS 10.4.11 server OS
1.6.0 Radmind tools
Radmind Server Manager 0.9.5
