There has been some updates by snesrev to the main Zelda 3 repository which have broken the build process here due to an updated SDL version. I have made the change to have that particular issue fixed and a release will be made shortly. I need to address some new settings as well as some changes to existing settings as well which will require minor GUI changes.
Hope to release v1.2.1 in the next hour or two.
