Fresh installs work fine, but if you try clicking restore, the program just sits indefinitely after being clicked without making any progress. I've let it sit for 3 hours once with no progress/change.

I've tried multiple times with fresh installs to confirm.

There was an error in the backup of the INI file before downloading a fresh copy of the repository so that settings aren't lost.

Should be address in the v1.3.4.0 Release.
