Mobile-friendly client configuration page

Subject of the issue

The Client Configuration page extends a long way off to the right when viewed on a mobile device
I have addressed this issue myself. I will be issuing a pull request shortly for a re-formatted configure_client.php page.

Your environment

• Pi 1 Model B+
• Raspbian Stretch
• RaspAP Quick Install
• Other software or services running with RaspAP - NIL
• Safari web browser on iPhone 6

Steps to reproduce

View the Client Configuration page on a mobile device. The page requires the user to scroll a long way to see the data on the right hand side of the page

Expected behaviour

Re-format the page so that scrolling is not necessary
