Feature request: Skippable heatsoak

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

A skippable heatsoak (or chamber heating) would be great. Sometimes you have those really small quick prints where you don't need the reliability that a heatsoak adds.
I use a slightly modified version of garethky's macro that works great.

A skippable heatsoak/chamber heating Maybe even with additional features like checking if the chamber temp has stabilized when a chamber termistor is present.
