Details:
On 3.7.x, 3.8.0, 3.9.0, 3.10.x, 3.11.0, 3.12.0, and 3.13.x, seemingly random skins don't seem to work. At first I thought it was an issue with my configs or share-to-vanilla, but it even happens on simple color swaps (like the Mario alt pictured, which is on c02). Downgrading to 3.6.2 fixes the issue. Possibly related to #449 and #482, but I wanted to also mention and provide an example of it happening to a basic texture mod on a base slot. Issue also somewhat fixes when removing extra slots (the config files specifically, I assume. I disabled all slots >c08), but the facial textures don't load correctly. Again, it works fine on 3.6.2. I believe it is something in this group of changes by @blu-dev that causes the issue. If I knew how to change this myself and test it, I would. Tested by itself, and without added slots, the mod on c02 works fine. The moment I add a c08, everything breaks, with neither c08 or c02 working. I did not test any other slots. Issue resolves if mods are placed exclusively on added or non-added slots, but not both.
