Skyline has panicked issue

So I've been trying to troubleshoot this for the last week or so, to no avail.

Ever since updating to the most recent version of ARCropolis, I cannot boot into Smash Ultimate at all while on CFW while it is installed. I've made sure skyline is updated and even tried booting without any mods installed but it always ends up crashing. I am, however getting a particular error that I have not seen anyone else post about, so I wanted to see if maybe I have a more specific issue occurring and if anyone can help me diagnose it. Any help is appreciated.
