    <svg id="unique">
        <rect width="10" height="10"/>
    </svg>
</svg>

will be parsed as:

<svg width="100" height="100" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg">
    <defs/>
    <path fill="#000000" stroke="none" d="M 0 0 L 10 0 L 10 10 L 0 10 Z"/>
</svg>

We should preserve the ID.
