feat(TikTok): force clear display for all videos

Feature description

TikTok has a feature named 'Clear display'

which hides likes, comments etc icons from video player


But if you scroll to another video, it's gone.
You need to enable it again.

But with something called force clear display it may apply for all videos unless someone disable it.

Motivation

It'll enhance the video watching experience.
No need to enable clear display for every single video.
