Related to #2857
This PR gets rid of the TypeScript sources that are currently being distributed. They were added some time ago unintentionally and shouldn't be there.
It also changes where the
d.tsfiles live, which should fix a problem where IDEs using features such asQuick Fixwill import from the wrong location.
