What does this PR do?
This PR improves the MakerForm and OrderDetails to be explicit about amounts sent/received via LN/Onchain when swapping. This PR also improves a bit the performance of the MakerForm with
useMemohooks.Checklist before merging
cd frontend; npm run format. If it's a mobile app feature I rancd mobile; npm run format.cd frontend/static/locales; python collect_phrases.pyto collect them for translation.
