I wanted to inform you that in Photoshop versions 25 and newer, your Red Hat Display font is not functioning correctly. Some characters do not load properly in all available weights. I discussed the issue with Adobe support, and they stated that the problem will persist until the font is updated by the manufacturer. I am attaching a screenshot depicting the issue.

@mordimermadderdin please could you confirm where you obtained the fonts from, and if you can check (eg with a tool like https://wakamaifondue.com/beta/) which exact version
