Do not mention anymore DWF for assigning CVEs #5

As the DWF project has been discontinued, I would suggest to not refer to DWF for assigning CVEs anymore rather just point to the CVE form from MITRE only, at https://cveform.mitre.org/ .

The information in this repository is very old and outdated at this point. We're going to archive it and not worry about any updates at this point. Thanks for filing this issue!
