no issues
This occurs when apt reports firefox is installed because it tries to reference the user to use a snap instead.
tested fix: tell ubuntu to not use snap, but the apt package instead. https://askubuntu.com/questions/1399383/how-to-install-firefox-as-a-traditional-deb-package-without-snap-in-ubuntu-22

Do you think we should amend the setup script to do this automatically?
This gets into tricky territory though, as uninstalling something like a web browser to install from a different source could cause issues for people.
Maybe we just add something to the README? Or prompt Ubuntu users? Not sure.
