" If you have a phone with a Bootloader Spec B, you can flash the Custom ROM straight to the phone" why does wpinternals show bootloader not unlocked?

It's possible to do this it's possible after a few fixes this functionality was removed. The feature intentionally unlocked the phone when we detected you flashed a custom os build.
