figure out what is the purpose of "videotrig" running on old setup

only @andycon knows I think. It is listening on port 42055 and displays the message received and if message "start" or "stop" then it records to /var/local/rec-trigger 0 and then after 2 seconds 1 . That file last modified in Oct 2020, so suggests that it is some temporary helper.
