Account creation for Restcomm cloud with Salesforce.com approval automation

Enhance the current manual process for demo accounts on cloud:

• on account creation, gather pre-sales or sales sponsor
• send new request to pre-sales or sales sponsor via Force.com REST API
• Salesforce needs new fields for account active/inactive, count down timer in days;
  • account active/inactive can be manually toggled;
  • count down timer set for 14 days;
  • Salesforce.com to send a reminder email to demo customer and alert to pre-sales or sales sponsor after 13 days;
  • demo account can be renewed 3 times
• demo accounts limited to a minimum of $100 in calls or SMSs, no more than 20 calls or SMSs per day
• daily activity on demo accounts is reported to pre-sales or sales sponsor via email
• support is through pre-sales or sales, with GSS escalation-- cloud and other engineers are off-limits
• enable 2FA with SMS (if possible)
• enable credit card or PayPal for overages (if possible)
