Support for Deluge Labels

Labels are an incredibly useful feature for Deluge, since they can automatically move files to different locations after downloading.

It would be nice if the Deluge in Chrome extension had basic support for Labels. I'd like to have a separate context menu entry for each label, i.e. "Add to Deluge as Movie", "Add to Deluge as Software", etc...

Labels would indeed be a useful feature, however, I don't actively develop this extension much anymore or even have it installed. Finding the time to add these extra features is very limited. I will happily accept a pull request, or given a long enough period add them myself but right now I do not have the time.
