Describe the bug
When booting up RISC OS 3 holding down delete fails to reliably trigger a CMOS reset

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Start application
  2. Hold down delete
  3. See supervisor

Expected behaviour
When the user holds down delete during the boot sequence, a CMOS reset should be triggered and the computer
should boot into desktop
