Contract error when editing or restarting a stream

Using Ricochet UI, with existing stream, edited the monthly amount.
The following transaction error was received:

Fail with error 'CallUtils: target reverted'

After stopping the stream from Ricochet UI, stream disappears from superfluid UI, but non-zero monthly amount remains in Ricochet UI for 15 min or so.

Trying to start the stream again results in the same error above.

This is likely the oracle price not working and if you try again later it may work. If it still has not worked then we can look more.

This is most likely a delay in subgraph API we use to pull that data.
