feat: Project idea: better-alias

alias command is really powerful and it's utilized by me a lot. However in the amount of aliases I have it's hard to get the knowledge about all of them. Please create project better-alias which will do the following:

1. Allows to set alias as it's done in alias command
2. Allows you to give short description
3. Allows you to define help if needed

better-alias gc="git commit" "Standard git commit" "Here's detailed help with some examples"
