Callback on Different Device? #1130

I would like to connect with a different device than the one I am using to play audio from Spotify.

Is this possible?

What is the URL that the callback fires from?

Spotify website is restricted in my area, but I can ping Spotify services from my terminal.
CLI Browsers like ELinks are also not able to use the Spotify website.
