Add Ability to Send Messages to More Than One Person

Sending messages to groups of people would be exceedingly helpful for support elements and any tasks that require some form of time delay to enact them.

At minimum the ability to select multiple players from the list that already exists in the messaging system to just send copies too should be enough. On the more far end, something like a group text, or multi-person email would be great.
