How might we go about installing the VBET cli tool?

1. Where are you planning to run VBET?
2. The easiest way to run VBET is to use GitHub CodeSpaces with Visual Studio Code. Here's a video demonstration.

I'd like to avoid using GitHub codespaces if possible. Ideally, I could download the executable and utilize it like a normal CLI tool

Configuring the Python environment is extremely difficult.

What extent/geography/location are you interested in?
