Just before Christmas 2024 I added NHDPlus 1:100K data to the data exchange. We haven't incorporate these data into Riverscapes Context per #146.

Note that this task might require @MattReimer to sync the NHD national dataset to AWS EFS before this will run in CyberCastor.

Tasks

  1. Incorporate clipping the new 100K data into Riverscapes context.
    1. Code to do the clipping.
    2. business logic
    3. symbology
  2. Find the "outflow" reach and write the COMID (NHD feature identifier) to the RSContext metrics.json file and also as project level metadata in the project.rs.xml file.
